Quiet from the outside. Are extra doors still open on the server?
An outside-only view can lie. You also need the server next to it. In Orb44 that is one card: street view and machine pulse.
Sometimes the internet check says everything is closed. On the server, extra services still listen widely — just nobody reached them yet. Or the opposite: the site looks dead outside while the box is fine, so the problem is the shield or DNS, not a dead machine.
Normal monitoring draws load charts. Useful, different question. We wanted street and server side by side in plain language.
That is the optional satellite: one short console command. It does not let the cabinet run remote commands. It only sends a pulse — listeners, load, simple hardening notes.
On the card you see open-from-internet vs only-on-the-box, quiet storefront vs overload. If outside and inside diverge, you can get a short alert.
For a shop owner this removes false calm (“outside is fine”) and false panic (“server is dead”) when the real issue is elsewhere.
The satellite is optional. Without it Orb44 still reads the street. With it the card is more honest.
